BainPoder Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We ship within the United States and internationally to over 25 countries, including Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, and more.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50
- Economy Shipping (5–9 business days): $4.90 for orders under 5 lbs / $9.90 for orders 5–20 lbs
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $6.90–$9.90 based on weight
International Shipping International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Print-on-Demand Products BainPoder products are made to order. Items may ship separately with their own tracking. Production takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, BainPoder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors before reaching out to us. We are happy to assist in filing a claim where applicable.
Chargebacks & Disputes By placing an order, you agree to our shipping timelines and policies. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at info@bainpoder.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
